Dr. Khoury, along with his wife, Dr. Kazou, founded Kappa Dental Group in 2002. Since then he has found it extremely rewarding to care for, treat and connect with patients in Boston and the Greater Boston community.
Dr. Khoury graduated from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) in 1996. Remaining at the same institution, he completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program (AEGD) and received his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in 1997. He was presented with both the Clinical Excellence Award and the Clinical Proficiency Award by the AEGD program. In 1999, Dr. Khoury completed a 2-year Faculty Training Fellowship in Geriatric Dentistry at Boston Medical Center. Concurrently he completed his Masters in Public Health (MPH) degree with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences at Boston University’s School of Public Health.
The same year, Dr. Khoury was offered a faculty position at BU as Assistant Clinical Professor in the department of Restorative Dentistry, a position he still maintains. Among his responsibilities are facilitating evidence-based dentistry seminars, and supervising clinical cases.
In 2000, Dr. Khoury joined the Commonwealth Mobile Oral Health Services (CMOHS) program, which is at the forefront of meeting the needs of the elderly and underserved populations, especially children from lower-income families.
Dr. Khoury combines exceptional education, vast clinical experience and proficiency at a wide range of dental procedures. Following the standard of care at his office, he always makes sure that the needs of each patient are met at the highest level possible.
